job bathroom laundry studio

Re building that area is another couple of days work.

I want to ditch the dinky tub to trademe and install the tub i have in the container?

I need to re-move the taps to the new location.
I also want a fold down work top for winter working in studio mode,
that means fitting bench grinder or a tim saw and plastic walls.
