Time Stamps and P2P of the movies

I see ISP crying about, oh the bandwidth of users of P2P networks.
Which makes me think now, how can that be improved.

So I was thinking, if time stamps where used then content could be patched repaired.

ok the down side. cutting and pasting random file-format streams.

to much for the current state of things.

ok, so it would take the intergreation of three or more opensource programs.

virtualdub to manage video editing
bittorrent to manage file sharing

um not sure if just two could do it.

might be easyer to make a mover.
